Robert Pierson, RSVP Director,  has extensive experience in volunteer recruitment and management positions for blindness and elder organizations in the Greater Boston area. He is also trained in the Stanford University evidence-based Healthy Aging programs including My Life, My Health: Chronic Disease and Diabetes Self Management Programs. He has extensive volunteer management experience for such organizations as Perkins School for the Blind and Mass. Association for the Blind, Also, he has been a volunteer for  Recordings for the Blind and Dyslexic and Brookline Council on Aging.   Robert holds an MBA in Marketing from Baruch College, City University of New York. Robert writes and administers RSVP grants and budgets, recruits volunteers, builds and maintains relationships with RSVP community partners, with a strong focus on meeting the needs of our veterans.

Cris Goldsmith is RSVP's Volunteer Coordinator.  His special focus with RSVP is school volunteering, while being involved with all day to day operations.   Cris is passionate about serving and working with senior volunteers. For the past nine years, he has served as a lay minister to a 400-member congregation where he has co-lead their volunteer support services.  As a former business consultant, he has advised a variety of non-profit organizations in their marketing and volunteer efforts.

A current Walpole resident, Joanne grew up in Medfield and raised her family in Sharon. Joanne retired from teaching in Sharon June 2014. Over her 42-year career, she taught every grade K-6 and was a cooperating teacher for many interns and volunteers. Consistent with RSVP’s philosophy, Joanne believes that children need many different and supportive adults in their lives. Joanne currently volunteers with School on Wheels in Brockton. While at the RSVP office, she develops resources for school volunteers and is available Thursday and Friday mornings if you have questions about working with kids.

Roberta is a 20-year resident of Dedham with a 35-year background in banking. For 10 years she has volunteered driving seniors to medical appointments and around town. She works at Traditions of Dedham in the Alzheimers unit for Reflections Activities. She is an active volunteer with Traditions and the Dedham Troubadors, and 5-year president of the Dedham Senior Bowling League. At the RSVP office, Roberta calls volunteers for events, surveys, and to update records as well as filing and special projects.
